Privacy Policy

School App Express apps, redcirclesolutions.com and schoolappexpress.com · Interim version · Effective October 7, 2026

Red Circle Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”) runs School App Express, which provides custom mobile apps to schools and school districts. This is the privacy policy for:

  • the School App Express apps that link to this page, published under the developer names “AIS Developers, LLC” and “Red Circle Solutions LLC”. Each school’s app carries the name of the school or district that offers it; and
  • our websites, redcirclesolutions.com and schoolappexpress.com.

We are preparing a fuller version of this policy, which will replace this page.

School App Express apps

  • Who does what. Your school decides to offer its app, which features to turn on, and who may use it. We provide the app to the school. AIS Developers, LLC builds the apps and runs the platform behind them, and publishes the apps that carry its developer name.
  • What the apps collect. Device identifiers, used to deliver the school’s notifications and to run the app. Where your school uses sign-in, your name and email address. Depending on the features your school turns on, an app can also hold what you or your school enter in it, for example messages, form answers and attachments, hall-pass records or ID-card details.
  • How it is used. To provide your school’s app: its content, its notifications, sign-in, and the features the school turns on. Also to support the school, fix problems and keep the app secure. We don’t use app information for advertising, and we don’t sell it.
  • Who receives it. Your school’s authorized staff and the people you send messages to in the app. AIS Developers, LLC, which runs the platform, and the companies that host and deliver the service receive it in order to provide the service. Information is also disclosed when the law requires it.
  • Students and children. These apps are used by students, including children under 13, when their school offers the app. Parents can contact the school or us to review or delete their child’s information, or to ask that collection stop.
  • Security. The apps’ Google Play listings declare that information is encrypted in transit between the app and the platform.
  • How long it is kept. App information is kept while your school uses the app, and as the school’s arrangement provides. We are confirming the platform’s exact retention periods and will publish them on this page.

Delete an app account or app data

For School App Express apps published by AIS Developers, LLC and by Red Circle Solutions LLC.

  1. Email concerns@posterstudioexpress.com with the subject “Delete my app account”.
  2. Include the app’s name (usually your school’s name), and the email address or name on the account. If you used the app without signing in, say so, and include your device type and roughly when you used the app. Without an account, the developer may not be able to tell which records are yours; if so, we tell you.
  3. You don’t need to reinstall the app. Uninstalling the app doesn’t delete an account.

We confirm we received your request within 5 business days. We then arrange the deletion with the app’s developer, and tell you what was deleted. If your school must keep a record, we tell you what is kept and why, and pass your request to the school.

Our website, redcirclesolutions.com

  • The site has no accounts, and no forms that ask for your personal information.
  • Like any website, our web server records technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested (including anything typed into the site’s search box) and the time. We use this to run and secure the site and to count visits.
  • If you email or call us, we use your contact details and message to answer you.

Our website, schoolappexpress.com

  • Contact form. It asks for your name, title, school or district, email address, phone number and message. We use them to answer you and, if you asked about pricing or getting an app, to follow up about School App Express. Each submission, with the IP address it was sent from, is emailed to our staff through our email-delivery provider, Resend, and a copy is kept on our web server.
  • Spam checks. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the form. Cloudflare receives your IP address and information about your browser and device for that check. If our spam filter blocks a message, we keep a short record of it: the time, your IP address, the email address entered and the start of the message.
  • Google Analytics. The site uses a Google tag that sends information to Google Analytics. It sets cookies and records the pages you visit, how far you scroll, links you follow to other sites, file downloads, video plays and form use. It is also set to look for email addresses, phone numbers, names and addresses on our pages, which can include what you enter in the contact form, and to send them to Google in hashed (scrambled) form. Google can use that hashed information for its advertising features, such as audiences and conversion measurement for Google Ads. Google may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites.
  • Like any website, our web server records technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use this to run and secure the site and to count visits. The home page also loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.

Neither of our websites changes what it does in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
