LobbyGuard Visitor Management System Support
Most issues with the LobbyGuard System can be resolved by simply restarting the kiosk. If restarting the kiosk does not solve your issue, support can be obtained in two ways:
1. Click the support icon on the desktop screen of your LobbyGuard Kiosk
Software support is provided via LobbyGuard Remote Assistance, allowing our tech support staff to take control of your kiosk at your request. Hardware support is handled by our extensive team of hardware and kiosk experts. |

In the event you do not have access to the desktop, or you have a question regarding the operation of your kiosk, our technical support representatives would be happy to assist you. |
