| Technology Coordinator (ID Cards), Wayne, New Jersey: Develop and implement new applications, both commercial and web-based for a leading provider of identification solutions to the educational community. Conduct pre-sales analysis of technical infrastructure and building management policies including visitor management, time and attendance and security policies. Provide technical consultations to clients to ensure the compatibility with existing infrastructure and processes and oversee all technical issues related to the sales and installation of ID solutions. Program and observe Photo ID system installations and functions and ensure system operations. Receive system operations inquiries, diagnose operator problems and perform remedial actions, as required. Instruct clients and end-users in the use of equipment, software, and manuals and provide network support. Stay abreast of current trends in the Photo ID industry and research new technologies to expand and improve the Company’s product offerings and make appropriate recommendations to Management. Make recommendations to the Management regarding market trends, IT and networking resources and the maintenance of resources. Create and administer databases using MySQL and Access. Establish new supply channels from various vendors to expand company product lines to include ID card systems, time and attendance systems, wide format digital plotters and supplies, as well as general educational technology products. Design and maintain group of company websites. Search engine optimization experience is a must. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and 2 years of experience in ID Card Systems Technology required. Prior demonstrated success in ID card technology coordination and sales to the educational community required. Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, SQL Server, Access, Java, C++, C, Visual Basic, HTML, CSS, Flash, DreamWeaver, Market Data Retrieval (Dun and Bradstreet), Excel and ACT! contact management software necessary. Search engine optimization experience required. Prior experience in establishing Supply Chain desired. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Excellent negotiation, presentation, problem-solving/decision-making and strategic thinking skills required. Proven ability to develop high impact marketing strategies and negotiate complex business development deals required. Requires extensive domestic and international travel. Salary $33.98 per hour.
